OCTOBER 2017: Client charged with sodomy and sodomy as a sexually delinquent person. Facing up to LIFE in prison.

RESULT: NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS

Client charged with 2 counts Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm Less Than Murder (10 year max on each count) , 2 counts of Felonious Assault (4 year max on each)- Charged as a 4th Habitual. Facing 11 years in prison.

RESULT: Jury found NOT GUILTY on these charges – Guilty only of Misdemeanor Aggravated Assault

Client charged with Home Invasion 1st Degree and Assault with a dangerous weapon.

RESULT: CASE DISMISSED before trial

Client charged with forcible rape as a fourth habitual offender. Facing up to life in prison with a 25 year minimum.

RESULT: Charge reduced to a misdemeanor

Client charged with using a computer to commit a crime (7 year max) and possession of child sexually abusive material (4 year max)

​Client charged with attempted murder. Maximun life in prison. We convinced the Prosecutor’s Office that their witness was not reliable. The charge was dismissed as part of a plea bargain. 5 other charges also dismissed. Minimum sentence reduced to 14 months. Originally minimum was 10.5 years.

Client Charged with 1 Count First Degree Home Invasion and 2 Counts Second Degree Home Invasion 4th Habitual – Facing Potentially Decades in Prison –

RESULT: CASE DISMISSED ON ALL COUNTS

Client charged with assaulting a police officer, domestic violence and facing additional charges for attempting to disarm a police officer and enhancement as an habitual offender.  Facing several years in prison. Additional charges not brought, original charges reduced.

RESULT:  Client served 180 days in the county jail and probation
